Some notes:

The records for Octarine in 1998 are dodgy. SC totals for V4, V6 are 40, 42
respecively. The use of "Nef" instead of "Klatch" indicates that they were
playing V4. SC counts in the games are 42, 41 and 44.
From 2000 onwards we have used the V6 "non-Ogg" map, ie where Lan instead of
Wyr is a home SC for Ogg. Also from M2002 we start with armies in Hng and Ter.

Where the years have been guessed this is noted.

Machiavelli games are not included in the totals, nor are games of some
other dodgy variants such as Small World.
